Telegram No. 8.

Canton, March 3, 1913.

464

Having reference to my telegram No. 7 of

February 24th., I have addressed another Memorandum to the Tu Tu

on the subject of limestone.

It confines itself entirely to the point of questions to which I am trying to obtain categorisal avendo. breach of Treaty and contains six categoricái emawers. Should the

latter be furnished honestly deliberate obstruction on the part of

Government must be demonstrated and if admitted discussion as to

future supplies ought to be facilitated.

(Sd.) J. W. Jamieson.
